Use the approved procedure as the foundation
Identify the task owner, product model, revision, prerequisites and permitted user. Convert the sequence into observable actions and outcomes. Keep warnings, stop conditions and required qualifications from the approved source.
Add visuals where they change understanding
Use a labeled image for a simple identification task, a short clip for movement or an interactive 3D view for orientation. Visual work instructions should make the action clearer; they do not need 3D on every step.
Start with an equipment task
An initial pilot might explain a documented changeover, a product installation or a maintenance inspection. For example, an illustrative inspection flow could establish the model, show the relevant assembly and record the expected observation. Actual procedure and acceptance criteria must come from the equipment owner.
Check execution requirements separately
If you need electronic signatures, mandatory compliance records, operator certification, offline execution, MES or ERP synchronization, include those in the evaluation. This page does not represent Viflux as a validated manufacturing execution or regulated quality system.
