The Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a framework for connecting products to accessible information about their materials, sustainability and lifecycle. It is part of the EU’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).

What is required, and when?

There is no single start date or identical passport requirement for every product. The information, scope and deadlines are defined through product-specific delegated acts or other applicable legislation. Check the rules for your product category and market before setting a compliance plan.
