Assembly instructions your customers actually follow.
We turn your PDF manuals, CAD and videos into step-by-step 3D instructions. Open them from a QR code or link on any phone, without downloading an app.
- No app
- From your existing manual
- Every language in one guide
The manual is designed for printing. Assembly happens with a phone in your hand.
The PDF
Small drawings, eight languages on one page, and no way to know which step you are on.
The video
Pause, rewind and search again for the twenty seconds that mattered.
The support call
Every question becomes a ticket, a poor review or an avoidable return.
One step at a time. The exact part, highlighted.
See the customer experience. Move through the steps and try the assistant’s example answers.
Check the parts
Unpack everything and check that you have each part before starting. The letters match the labels on the bags.
Tell me the letter and I’ll show you what it looks like. If it is missing, you can request it here using its reference, without searching the catalog.
Attach the stabilizers
Place stabilizers B underneath the frame and fasten them with two #1 screws on each side.
The stabilizer with transport wheels goes at the front, below the console. I’ll highlight it in orange on the drawing.
Fit the seat
Insert seat post C into the frame tube and tighten it with the adjustment knob.
Stand next to the bike and set the seat at hip height. Never raise it above the MAX mark.
Attach the console
Connect the sensor cable to console D before fitting it into its bracket.
Check that the connector clicks into place and that the batteries are correctly oriented. If it still does not work, I can open a support enquiry with your model and step.
Assembly complete
From the same QR code, your customer can later find first-use guidance, maintenance and spare parts.
From a PDF to an interactive guide in days, rather than months.
Your team does not have to learn a new tool or create content from scratch.
Send what you already have
Approved manuals, CAD, videos or photos. No CAD? We can start from the manual.
AI structures the content
It extracts steps, parts, tools and warnings. Your team reviews and approves every word.
Publish where your customer is
A QR code on the box, a button on the product page or an embed in your help center.
3D instructions, without the usual obstacles.
What typically holds manufacturers back, and how we address it.
| THE USUAL APPROACH | WITH VIFLUX |
|---|---|
| Customers have to download an app | Opens in a browser from a QR code or link |
| You need a clean 3D model of every product | We start from your manual; CAD helps but is optional |
| Questions are handled elsewhere, by support | An assistant answers within the step, from your content |
| A separate file for each language | Every language in a single guide |
| You do not know where people get stuck | Step analytics: drop-offs, questions and time spent |
| Fixing an error means reprinting | Update it online; the QR code on the box stays the same |
If someone gets stuck, show them the part.
- 01Knows which step your customer is on
- 02Highlights the part while answering
- 03Text or voice, in any language
- 04Answers only from your documentation
Finally, see which step people get stuck on.
Each guide shows which steps generate questions, where people drop off and what they ask the assistant. Improve your guide, product and packaging with real data.
Assembly is the beginning. Not the end.
The same QR code connects assembly instructions, installation, first use, maintenance and repair. When a part is needed, it also connects to the visual spare parts catalog.

What documentation do you need?+
Your approved manuals and, if available, CAD, videos and photos. Without CAD, we review the visual references and agree on the preparation required before starting.
Does the customer need to download an app?+
No. The guide opens in any phone or desktop browser, from a QR code or link.
Do we need licenses or technical skills?+
No. Viflux hosts the service. Your team reviews and approves content in a browser.
Who controls the content?+
Your team. You review, edit and apply your branding to each guide. Nothing is published without your approval.
How long does it take to publish?+
Days, rather than months. Timing depends on the number of products and the source material.
