Supply the product references
Bring model and variant identifiers, useful photos, dimensions, drawings and available CAD that you are authorized to use. Specify which views or components are missing. Photographs alone may not establish hidden geometry or exact dimensions.
Choose the intended output
Define whether the asset is for a product view, an interactive guide or an assembly animation. Agree on geometry, material detail, component separation, target devices and a delivery format. Prepared browser assets and editable source files are separate requirements to confirm in the quote.
Prepare the components that matter
A guide-ready model needs the relevant parts and useful labels. A product presentation may prioritize external appearance. Request only the internal detail required by the task; do not infer hidden assembly geometry from the outside of the product.
Review it against the actual product
Check proportions, visible parts, variant and applicable reference drawings. The model review does not validate a load limit, specification or assembly procedure. Keep technical requirements tied to the approved source.
