Follow each step carefully.
Press the power button on the main unit to turn off the device.
Open the access panel to find the dry temperature sensor, usually located near the heating element.
Check the wiring connections to the sensor for any signs of damage or corrosion.
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the sensor. If it is outside the specified range, it is faulty.
Disconnect the wiring harness and unscrew the sensor from its mounting.
Insert the new dry temperature sensor into the mounting and secure it with screws.
Reconnect the wiring harness to the new sensor.
Replace the access panel and ensure it is securely fastened.
Press the power button to turn on the device and check for proper operation.
