Follow each step carefully.
Unplug the unit to ensure no power is supplied during maintenance.
Unscrew and remove the fan guard to access the fan motor.
Carefully disconnect the wires connected to the fan motor.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the motor supporter.
Gently pull the fan motor out from its mounting.
