Follow each step carefully.
Disconnect the appliance from the power source by unplugging it.
Use a screwdriver to remove screws from the access panel and gently pull it away.
Identify the drain motor, typically found near the drain pump.
Use a multimeter to check for voltage at the motor terminals while the appliance is running.
If there is no voltage, disconnect the motor and install a new one.
Align the access panel back in place and secure it with screws.
Reconnect the appliance to the power source and test the drain motor functionality.
