Follow each step carefully.
Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' from the menu.
Use the appropriate screwdriver to remove screws around the display.
Use a heat source to soften the adhesive around the display edges.
Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap created by the heat.
Gently pry the display away from the device frame.
Carefully disconnect any cables attached to the display.
Lift the display off completely and place it on a soft surface.
