Follow each step carefully.
Press and hold the power button, then slide to power off.
Use a Pentalobe screwdriver to remove the two screws next to the charging port.
Apply heat using a heat gun around the edges to soften the adhesive.
Place a suction cup on the screen and gently pull to create a gap.
Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap and slide it around to detach the screen.
Use a spudger to disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard.
Carefully place the new glass screen onto the device and press down firmly.
Reconnect the battery connector to the motherboard.
Replace the screws and power on the device to test the new screen.
