Follow each step carefully.
Press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.
Identify the camera cowling at the top of the device.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws securing the cowling.
Carefully use a plastic spudger to pry the cowling off without damaging the surrounding components.
Place the removed cowling in a safe location to prevent damage.
