Follow each step carefully.
Unscrew the two pentalobe screws at the iPhone's base using a pentalobe screwdriver.
Warm the lower edge of the iPhone with a heat source to soften adhesive.
Attach a suction cup near the bottom and gently lift to form a small gap.
Slide an opening pick into the gap along the bottom edge to loosen adhesive.
Slide the pick up the left side, slicing through adhesive without inserting deeply.
Repeat adhesive cutting along the right edge, avoiding internal cables.
Lift the display slightly and cut adhesive along the top edge carefully.
Swing the display open from the left side without detaching cables.
Unscrew the battery connector bracket screws using a Y000 screwdriver.
Lift and remove the battery connector bracket from the logic board.
Pry up the battery connector gently with a plastic tool to disconnect.
Unscrew the logic board cover bracket screws with a Y000 driver.
Take off the logic board cover bracket to expose connectors.
Use a plastic tool to unplug LCD, digitizer, and sensor connectors.
Lift and remove the display assembly from the iPhone frame.
Unscrew the bracket screws below the Taptic engine with a Phillips driver.
Disconnect and remove the Taptic engine and speaker components carefully.
Peel and slowly pull each adhesive tab from under the battery to release it.
