Follow each step carefully.
Unscrew the two pentalobe screws located at the phone's bottom edge.
Warm the phone's bottom edge to soften the adhesive beneath the screen.
Use a suction cup to lift the screen slightly and insert a plastic pick underneath.
Slide the pick along the left and right edges to separate the adhesive.
Lift the screen's right edge and slide the pick across the top to free clips and glue.
Swing the screen open from the left side, keeping cables connected.
Unscrew the battery connector bracket screws using a Y000 screwdriver.
Pry up the battery connector gently with a plastic tool to disconnect it.
Unscrew screws securing the logic board cover bracket with a Y000 driver.
Lift and remove the logic board cover bracket carefully.
Use a plastic tool to unplug the LCD, digitizer, and front sensor connectors.
Lift the display assembly away from the phone body.
Remove screws holding the bracket beneath the Taptic Engine and speaker.
Take out the bracket below the Taptic Engine and speaker.
Unscrew and unplug the Taptic Engine, then lift it out.
Unscrew and pry up the speaker, then detach it from the phone.
Lift and pull each adhesive tab beneath the battery slowly to release it.
Carefully lift and remove the battery from the phone frame.
