What counts as an active guide?
A guide that is published and available to your customers. Your plan sets how many can be live at the same time.
Are there features I only get on higher plans?
The customer experience is the same on every plan: 3D, hotspots, AR, interactions, embeds, QR codes and multilingual content. Higher plans add guides, analytics, team members, integrations and registration.
How is the AI copilot billed?
It is an add-on for any plan. You choose a monthly pack, set a cap and get alerts as you use it. If you reach the limit, the copilot pauses and your guides keep working.
How much do I save with annual billing?
About 20% compared with paying month to month. Growth, for example, is $299 per month annually and $379 month to month.
Can I remove Viflux branding?
Yes. A white-label experience is available on the Enterprise plan.
What if we have more than 50 products?
Enterprise covers a custom number of active guides under an annual agreement. Tell us about your catalog and we will shape the right plan.
